Tasting Notes Deep ruby-red with a garnet rim; intense black-fruit nose; firm, vigorous and full-bodied palate with powerful fruit flavours and a long finish.
Food Pairing Farmhouse cheddar and other classic Port-and-cheese pairings; desserts made with dark chocolate or berry fruit.
