Production Details For this 1.5 L non-vintage release, grapes are hand picked from low-yielding Cima Corgo vineyards planted at 4,000 vines/ha and trained to Guyot and Royat. Additional finished-wine measurements are dry extract 124.10 g/L, volatile acidity 0.30 g/L and Baumé 3.40. The producer page prints volumetric mass as 1021.8000 g/cm³; this number/unit combination appears internally inconsistent and is retained verbatim rather than normalized. Suggested service is at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Tasting Notes Brick-red tawny appearance; velvety mouthfeel; richness from older wines balanced by younger-wine freshness and complexity.
