Production Details A very small parcel from the Pisca vineyard was hand-picked and vinified entirely in lagares with 100% stems and foot treading. The producer reports Guyot and Royat training and a vineyard density of 4,000 vines/ha. The wine was aged in pipes rather than large wooden vats and handled less reductively before bottling in 2010. Finished-wine Baumé is reported as 3.40.
