Production Details Douro grapes are hand-picked, crushed and cold-fermented; fermentation begins with natural yeast and sugar levels are monitored. At the required sugar level, neutral grape brandy at 77% ABV is added, stopping fermentation and bringing the wine to 19% ABV. After three months resting, the wine is bottled and released for youthful consumption.

Food Pairing Serve chilled neat or as a Port and tonic with tonic water, ice, lemon and mint.
