Production Details The standing non-vintage blend is aged for an average of 30 years in seasoned oak casks. The official 2018 sheet names Charles Symington as winemaker, notes that Graham’s own cooperage team tends each cask individually, and gives Baumé 4.1. Separately, a Wine.com quotation of Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate describes a release bottled in 2013 with a bar-top cork and 125 g/L residual sugar; the bottling, closure, and sugar figure are limited to that 2013 release context.
Tasting Notes Light, orange-tinted amber; dried fruits; concentrated, full honeyed fruit; gorgeously mellow; long finish.
Food Pairing Dark chocolate; alternatively, enjoy alone as a dessert.
