Production Details A non-vintage aged-tawny blend composed from wines set aside across generations and aged for an average of 40 years in seasoned oak casks. Serve slightly chilled and, once opened, enjoy within eight weeks. The July 2025 U.S. importer sheet additionally states that decanting is not required.
Tasting Notes Golden amber with a pale-green rim; a powerful, complex fragrance; delicate fruit, raisins, toasted toffee and chocolate; outstandingly long aftertaste.
Food Pairing Mature cheeses, nuts or creamy desserts; it may also be enjoyed alone as a dessert.
