Production Details The technical sheet reports early-picked fruit, fermentation at 17°C, direct bottling from tank, finished residual sugar below 1.5 g/L, and 5,000 numbered bottles. The release page adds 12 months in stainless steel, no oak, and little or no stirring apart from minimal bâtonnage. Producer accounts conflict on the ripeness-component proportions: a February 2021 cellar account describes 40% early sparkling-base fruit and 60% normally ripe fruit, whereas the October 2021 release page says two-thirds early sparkling-base fruit and one-third normally ripe fruit. The February account's approximately 11.3% alcohol figure was a pre-bottling projection; the final technical sheet states 11%.

Production Details The inaugural Vital project used fruit from Quinta de D. Carlos in Alenquer. The producer reported receiving 5 tonnes and committed to releasing at least 100 cases of 100% Vital still wine. At winery arrival, the must was described as approximately 10% potential alcohol with 9 g/L acidity; these are must measurements, not finished-wine analyses.
