Production Details The early growing season was exceptionally wet, with 650 L/m² total rainfall and 603 L/m² already recorded by the end of May, followed by a hotter, drier second half. Maximum temperatures exceeded 34°C for 11 consecutive days from 1 August and reached 35°C through 13 September; 13.8 L/m² of rain fell from 17–20 September. Fermentation lasted 7 days in stainless-steel tanks and was followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine matured for 10 months entirely in second-year 225 L French oak barrels and was bottled in April 2023.
Tasting Notes Deep violet colour; ripe strawberry, orange zest and wildflowers; fresh and finely structured; polished, velvety tannins; silky texture; integrated fruit and spice; depth, vibrancy and a long, persistent finish.

Production Details The growing season was rainy through May, with 200 L/m² across March–May, followed by a very hot, dry July with daily maxima above 35°C and 6.6 L/m² of rain; August remained hot, with 18.4 mm on 20 August. Malhadal Syrah was picked on 31 August. Fermentation lasted 7 days in stainless-steel tanks and was followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine matured for 10 months in French oak barrels: 20% new wood, 10% one-year-old barrels and the remainder two-year-old barrels.
