Production Details Grapes were hand-picked on 17 September into 25 kg boxes, selected at reception and gravity-fed into stainless steel for alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation and maturation occurred over 22 months in cask/old wooden vats and 228 L French oak barrels.
