Production Details Niepoort's white-wine harvest began on 17 August 2024; this is a producer-wide white-harvest start, not asserted as Tiara's complete picking date. Fruit came from various small vineyard sites at 6,500 vines/ha, trained Guyot and Royat, and was hand-picked. The grapes were gently pressed, the must cold-settled in stainless steel and was racked into a large wooden tonel for approximately one year of spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under controlled ambient temperature. The phase field specifies 12 months in tonel.
Tasting Notes Delicate floral and fresh-citrus aromas with pineapple, hazelnut and light buttery richness; elegant and balanced; bright acidity; smooth, harmonious texture; clean, persistent citrus-and-nut finish.
Food Pairing Grilled fish, seafood and white meats; vegetable stir-fry and salads as vegetarian pairings.
