Production Details The vineyards are planted at 6,000 vines/ha, trained Guyot and Royat, at 150–500 m. Grapes were hand-picked in September, sorted, gently pressed and cold-settled for 48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation occurred in old wooden vessels, where the wine rested for approximately three years; the technical table also records malolactic fermentation in old wooden barrels.
