Production Details Fruit came from gobelet-trained vines aged 30–80 years, planted at 4,500 vines/ha in Gouveia and Vila Nova de Tázem, and was hand-picked in September. The broader 2020 harvest spanned 25 August to 24 September. This wine fermented in stainless-steel tanks with longer maceration and very little extraction, then aged in cement tanks and was bottled unfiltered in December 2023. Supplementary analysis: dry extract 24.80 g/dm³, volatile acidity 0.64 g/dm³, free SO₂ at bottling 48 mg/dm³ and volumetric mass 0.9920 g/cm³.
Tasting Notes Light colour with brick-red tinges; aromatic herbs, tobacco, cherries and mint; fresh and complex nose; elegant, rounded palate with bright acidity.
