Production Details The 1 L release was hand-picked from various old vineyard blocks. The vines are reported as 40–100 years old, Guyot-trained at 2,500 vines/ha and 80–100 m elevation. Fermentation lasted five weeks in stainless steel; maturation and malolactic fermentation continued there, including six months of stainless-steel ageing, before unfiltered bottling in June 2024. The sheet additionally reports dry extract 22.70 g/L, volatile acidity 0.58 g/L, free SO₂ at bottling 36 mg/L and volumetric mass 0.9900 g/cm³.
