Production Details The vines were gobelet-trained at 400–600 m and harvested manually. The large majority of the grapes was destemmed; fermentation and malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel. The wine aged for 12 months in amphorae without major extraction. Tasting Notes Lively, concentrated colour with purple glints; cherry and blackberry aromas with floral notes and a subtle balsamic touch; elegant structure, good concentration and freshness, followed by a long, expressive finish.
