Production Details The fruit from more than ten clones and multiple blocks was harvested and vinified separately before blending. Most blocks were destemmed; only selected older-vine parcels received more whole clusters. Indigenous fermentation averaged 16 days on skins with gentle maceration, predominantly by pump-over. The wine completed 100% malolactic fermentation in French-oak barriques and matured for 10 months, with one racking before blending. Residual sugar is reported as “nil,” without an explicit numerical value or unit. The wine was bottled unfined in February 2026. Producer serving guidance is 14–16°C, with decanting optional but beneficial for young Pinot Noir.
