Production Details After gentle pressing, the juice was settled and racked, then transferred to French-oak barriques, 20% of which were new, and new 6-kilolitre cuves. After fermentation, the wine rested in barrel and cuve for 11 months before blending. The producer recommends serving at 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes Ripe citrus, white stone fruit and warm croissant aromas; Meyer lemon, apricot and fresh-cut apple on a mouth-filling palate, with subtle vanilla and sugared-pastry oak and a long, fresh, lightly phenolic finish.
