Production Details Hand-harvested fruit was destemmed and crushed with controlled skin contact. The juice was barrel fermented in seasoned French oak, underwent full malolactic fermentation, aged on gross lees for nine months, and was then blended and bottled. Residual sugar at bottling was reported qualitatively as dry, without a numeric g/L value.
