Production Details Separate parcels were hand harvested, destemmed and given traditional warm-plunged fermentations. The separate wines matured for 10 months in new and seasoned French oak barriques, with 32% new oak. Residual sugar was reported qualitatively as 'Dry' at bottling. The producer states that the wine will evolve in bottle for 10 years from harvest.
Tasting Notes Bright cherry red; raspberry, lavender, plum and pink peppercorn with a savoury edge; rose petal, cinnamon, prune, liquorice and warm spice; fresh concentrated red and black fruit framed by finely detailed tannins.
