Production Details No pesticides, herbicides, systemic fungicides or inorganic fertilisers were used. The wine matured for 15 months in French and Austrian oak barrels, with 19% new oak. No additives were used except less than 20 mg/L sulphites before bottling.
Tasting Notes Sliced mango, light caramel, spice, lemon and apricot; dense and lively, with a creamy texture and intense finish
