Production Details Hand-picked, organically grown Red Shed Vineyard fruit was fully destemmed. The site received no pesticides, herbicides, systemic fungicides or inorganic fertilisers. Following natural fermentation and 28 days on skins, the wine was basket-pressed and matured for 11 months in French-oak barrels with no new oak.

Production Details Organically grown Riesling from Red Shed and Domain Road was fully destemmed and naturally fermented in open tanks with a total skin-contact period stated as three weeks. The wine was basket-pressed, matured for 11 months in oak barrels with no new oak, completed MLF, and was blended before bottling. The source reports total sulfite additions of 15 ppm by bottling; the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
