Production Details Block 6 was planted in 1993 on a wind-exposed north-facing slope at 282–300 m. Fruit was whole-bunch pressed, settled overnight and gravity-fed to seasoned French-oak barrels. Indigenous fermentation was followed by complete malolactic conversion. The wine remained 17 months in barrel, including 11 months on gross lees, before racking to tank and late-August 2025 bottling. The producer specifies no new oak and no fining or filtration.
