Production Details Grape spirit is added during fermentation. The fortified wine is matured for more than four years in French oak barrels under a solera system that is continually replenished with newer wine; the solera incorporates wine extending from the third-generation owner's first production to the present. The wine retains natural grape sweetness.
Tasting Notes Serene garnet colour with an orange rim; generous, complex aromas of dried figs, raisins, dried flowers and bitter chocolate; rounded palate with moderate residual sweetness, rich fragrance and a long finish.
