Production Details Dry rosé. The component varieties were grown at Misawa Vineyard without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, divided into small lots, fermented separately using direct pressing and Saignée, and matured in old French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Bright salmon colour; firm viscosity; blood orange, redcurrant, cowberry and cherry fruit; thyme and rosemary florals; exotic spice; concentrated, structured palate with cool-climate acidity, freshness, depth and a long finish.
