Production Details Dry white wine. Harvested grapes underwent further selection; the best lots were fermented in old French oak barrels and then matured in stainless-steel tanks. Grace also states that grapes for all its wines are hand-harvested into small crates and selected before vinification.
Tasting Notes Brilliant pale yellow with a grey hue; Golden Delicious apple, yellow peach, pear, clove, white pepper and toast; mellow, dry palate with rounded acidity, abundant fruit and a long finish.
