Production Details The grapes were destemmed and macerated for 12–33 days. Fermentation used indigenous yeasts; the wine was neither fined nor filtered and received a light SO2 addition. It matured for 10 months in stainless-steel tanks. The importer describes viticulture without added synthetic products.
