Production Details The south-facing estate vineyards lie at 430–450 metres, form a natural amphitheatre, are Guyot trained and are planted at 3,500–6,000 vines per hectare. After harvest, the grapes were dried naturally in wooden boxes for five months before pressing. The must fermented slowly and aged in mixed 50 L and 110 L chestnut and oak barrels, remaining in barrel for nine years before release. The sheet marks the wine Certified Organic.
