Production Details Vinmonopolet's 37.5 cl record says the grapes were laid on mats to dry for several months, gently pressed, and supplemented with mother wine before seven years of barrel maturation. It separately lists acidity as 6.8 g/L without specifying its analytical basis, so that figure is not proposed as unqualified total acidity.
