Alcoholic fermentation lasted 10–15 days in stainless steel, with submerged-cap maceration for 10–12 days. Maturation before bottling lasted 12 months in French-oak vessels and stainless-steel tanks, including 300–500 L tonneaux and 100–150 hL tanks; oak vessels were 2–3 years old. Bottle maturation lasted three months.
