Production Details The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at 26–28°C. Maceration continued for several days after alcoholic fermentation and was managed with gentle mechanical extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured in 500 L tonneaux for approximately 12 months and then rested in bottle for at least one year before release.
Tasting Notes Intense ruby red; fresh red fruit, strawberry, cherry, blood orange, vanilla and fresh spicy aromas; enveloping and intense palate with refined tannins and freshness; long, persistent, savory finish with blood orange, raspberry and vanilla.
