Production Details The 0.7712 ha vineyard is in Serralunga d’Alba, cadastral sheet 8, parcels 335 and 340; vines were 14–49 years old for this listing. Alcoholic fermentation included daily pump-overs and cap wetting for approximately 25–28 days; this range is not encoded as an exact maceration_days value.
Tasting Notes Intense, deep and clear garnet-ruby; dark fruit, blackberry, citrus, rose, tobacco, liquorice, quinine, forest underbrush and wet limestone; firm tannins, freshness, persistence and longevity.
