Production Details Organically farmed, hand-harvested fruit from producer-owned vines in Brda, Slovenia was destemmed and spontaneously co-fermented without sulfur addition or temperature control, with two days of skin maceration. The wine completed malolactic fermentation, matured for 10 months in stainless steel with one or two rackings, and was bottled unfiltered with a small sulfur addition.
Tasting Notes Bright orchard fruit, citrus peel, delicate floral notes and a subtle savoury edge; fresh and textured, with gentle grip and mineral tension.

Production Details First POP Bianco release, produced from Radikon's new Slovenian holding. The white varieties received a couple of days of skin maceration, rested in tank for 10 months, and were bottled without filtration with a touch of SO2.
