Production Details The 2025 Pop Rosso uses Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Radikon-owned vineyards on the Slovenian side. It undergoes a few days of skin-contact fermentation, followed by approximately eight months of fermentation and maturation in stainless-steel tanks before bottling. The producer’s current Rosso specification gives the broader line parameters as 2–4 days on skins, 6–10 months in stainless steel, and a few months in bottle.

Production Details The 2023 release was completely destemmed and spontaneously fermented with two or three punch-downs per day for a few days, then devatted and matured in stainless steel for about eight months, followed by a few months in bottle. The listing states that no sulfites were added; this does not establish that the finished wine contained no sulfites. A separate exact-vintage listing recommends serving at 16–18°C.
