Production Details Nesputana Vina specification: manually harvested grapes fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated on skins for 8–14 days, matured for one year in neutral wooden barrels and then for four additional months in bottle.
Tasting Notes Copper-colored; red berries, rhubarb, pink pepper, red earth, candied fruit, mandarin and spices; vigorous, savory and saline, with integrated tannin and an umami character.

Production Details Natural fermentation and skin contact occurred in large oak barrels for 8–14 days, approximately 12 days, without temperature control or added yeast. Maturation comprised 18 months in large oak barrels and two months in bottle. Recommended service was 12–16°C without decanting.
Tasting Notes Copper-colored; complex and persistent nose with red fruit, especially cherry; full, elegant and mineral palate; salty and long-lasting with very soft tannins and a berry aftertaste.
Food Pairing Light meat, fish and vegetable dishes; described as versatile with almost any food
