Production Details Four pergola parcels were potential components of Granato. Pedot, normally associated with elegance in the blend, suffered during the hot summer, while Regin was very generous. At the harvest-report stage, fermentation was still incomplete; despite a complicated start, the component wines showed surprising balance.
