Production Details The 2.0-hectare vineyard is trained to Trentino pergola at 3,000 vines/ha. Grapes are gently destemmed without crushing; spontaneous fermentation and eight months of skin-contact maturation take place in 350–450 L tinajas. The wine is then assembled and settled in 15–40 hL concrete tanks until bottling.
