Production Details The producer-linked 2022 sheet describes 10–15-year-old Guyot-trained vines carrying 8–10 buds per plant, a vineyard yield of 100 quintals/ha, and vineyards at 250–300 m elevation. Grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and crushed, macerated for 10 days in stainless steel, gently pressed after alcoholic fermentation, and matured for approximately 12 months in oak tonneaux. Market-specific 2022 records disagree on supplementary specifications: Norway product 3468801 reports 5.6 g/L sugar, 5.6 g/L acidity of unspecified analytical basis, an 80% Corvina/10% Rondinella/5% Molinara/5% Sangiovese blend, 6–7 days’ maceration, 8–12 months in 33–50 hL oak and 3–6 months in bottle; Sweden product 1238501 reports 0.7 g/100 ml sugar, the producer’s 85/10/5 blend, ten days in stainless steel and one year in oak. The Norwegian listing also identifies its market product as vegan, sulfite-containing and natural-cork sealed. Because these are conflicting, market-specific records, no vintage-wide residual-sugar, total-acidity, vegan, closure or alternative blend/maturation claim is proposed.
