Fermentation lasted 20 days in stainless-steel tanks at around 28°C, with automated punching for around 15 days; malolactic fermentation occurred in oak barrel. The wine matured in new barrels for 24–36 months and then in bottle for 24 months. The vineyard information gives 280–350 meters elevation, 34 hectares, 12,800 vines per hectare, Guyot training and sustainable cultivation.
