Production Details The Grezzana–Case Vecie vineyard is Guyot-trained, covers 9 ha at 4,000 vines/ha, and contains plantings from 1996 and 2009. Selected grapes are placed in 200 kg crates; skins remain in contact throughout fermentation, with two pump-overs daily and one délestage midway through fermentation. Fermentation is maintained at 22–24°C, followed by 18 months in large wooden barrels. Dry extract is reported as 30.2 g/L. The supplementary 2023 vendor record reports filtration, a 16–18°C serving range and storage potential stated as 2031+.
Tasting Notes Bright ruby; cherry, balsamic vanilla and spice aromas; soft, full-bodied palate with good structure and balanced alcohol.
