Production Details Guyot-trained vines at 6,000–9,000 plants/ha, with a stated crop yield of 50–60 q/ha. The wine matures for 3 months in stainless steel and at least 3 months in bottle. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C.
Tasting Notes Greenish yellow with golden reflections; delicate white flowers and citrus on the nose; fresh and balanced, with a mineral finish.
