Production Details The vineyard covers 4.5 ha, is trained to Guyot and spurred cordon, and is planted at 6,000 vines/ha. Grapes are crushed and destemmed, skin-macerated and spontaneously fermented in 85 hL concrete vats for 12 days with daily pump-overs and punch-downs. After racking, the wine matures in the same vessels for 7 months.
