Production Details Hand-harvested estate fruit was fermented spontaneously on the skins in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast. The wine matured for nine months in concrete vats followed by three months in bottle before release.
Tasting Notes Vinous: crushed blackberry, sweet sage, stone dust and saddle leather; juicy red and black fruit, violet, fine tannins and sour-citrus accents.
