Production Details A few hours of skin contact in the press are followed by indigenous/spontaneous fermentation and seven months in concrete. The release is described as biodynamically cultivated, with Guyot training at 5,000 vines per hectare and no sulfur added during vinification. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C.
Tasting Notes Bright blood-orange pink; red berries, wild herbs, citrus peel and spice; fresh and lively, with a long finish.
