Production Details The grapes came from Menfi, Contrada Belicello, from a vineyard planted in 1990. They were picked and selected by hand, underwent spontaneous fermentation and five days of skin contact, and were subsequently matured in stainless-steel tank. The ingredient declaration reports grapes and sulphur, with sulphur below 10 mg/L.
