Production Details Single-vintage Blanc de Blancs made from a strict selection of mountain Chardonnay. The grapes were sustainably cultivated, and the selected vineyards lie on slopes around Trento at elevations up to 600 metres. The wine matured for more than 40 months on selected yeasts from Ferrari's own cultures. Its first production year was 2022, and the 75-cl release appeared in three Missoni colour variations. Separately, Ferrari's 2024 report of Piero Pardini's tasting identifies the sampled Missoni Red 2018 release as disgorged in 2022; that disgorgement context is specific to the reviewed release and is not generalized to every 2018 bottle.
Tasting Notes Deep, faintly golden colour with a fine, luminous perlage; yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus jelly followed by sweet spices and toasted hazelnuts; pure, elegant, delicate yet powerful, precise and deep.
