Production Details For the 2021 four-circuit release, the wine was aged for an average of 38 months on its lees with yeasts selected from Ferrari's own strains. The grapes came from mountain-slope vineyards in Trentino at 300–600 metres above sea level.
Tasting Notes Brilliant straw yellow with an extremely fine, persistent perlage; intense ripe-fruit aromas with crusty bread and hazelnut; fresh and elegant on the palate, with citrus nuances and mineral sensations on the finish.
