Production Details Limited 2015 Blanc de Blancs release produced exclusively as a three-litre Jeroboam. Chardonnay came from high-altitude vineyards on Trentino mountain slopes within particularly suitable Trentodoc production zones. The 2015 season was hot and dry and yielded healthy, aromatically rich grapes. The producer states maturation on the lees for over five years.
Tasting Notes Golden Delicious apple, wild flowers, delicate yeast, crusty bread and ripe fruit; harmonious and persistent.
