Production Details Simple Trentino pergola trained at 4,000 vines per hectare; vines 5–25 years old; elevation 200–650 metres; yield 90–100 quintals per hectare. The wine received a brief cold maceration, low-temperature fermentation for about 20 days, and five months on the lees with regular bâtonnage in steel. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C.
Tasting Notes Light greenish yellow; white peach, tropical fruit, wildflowers and hay; saline, fresh and agile palate with a subtle but persistent finish.
