Production Details Organic viticulture with plant-based biodynamic practices. The varieties were fermented individually, lot by lot. The base wines matured for 18 months in fine- and extra-fine-grained French oak barriques, with no more than 20% new oak; the final blend was assembled in cement and then aged in bottle for at least one year before release. The producer reports sugar below 1.0 g/L, vineyards from 350–600 m above sea level, a recommended serving range of 15–18°C, and an ageing trajectory beginning to show 6–7 years after harvest and continuing for approximately another 20 years.
