Production Details Hand-picked in 15 kg crates during the early morning and immediately cooled at the winery. After selection, whole-cluster pressing and approximately 24 hours of static settling, all must entered wood, 30% new and 70% used, for alcoholic fermentation at temperatures no higher than 20°C. The wine matured for 10 months on its lees with periodic bâtonnage, after which the lots were blended and lightly fined; a further 20 months of bottle maturation preceded release.
Tasting Notes Bright straw yellow with green reflections; exotic fruit, grapefruit peel, peach blossom and toasted hazelnut; enveloping, dense and rounded palate balanced by freshness and salinity; persistent, very long mineral finish
