Production Details The official sheet describes a 3.5-hectare vineyard at 350–400 metres. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks with 10% in contact with stems. The wine matured for one year in barriques—one-third new, one-third second-use and one-third third-use—followed by two years in bottle. The 2021 season brought low spring temperatures and persistent rain that reduced production, followed by a hot, dry summer; light August rain and September’s hot days and cool nights supported optimal ripening.

Production Details Folio describes vineyards at 330–400 metres, with vines 25–42 years old, planting density of 2,800–5,000 vines per hectare, and mainly Guyot training with some spur-pruned cordon. Fermentation involved 10% contact with stems. Its record contains incompatible maturation specifications: the winemaking text says one year in barriques divided equally among new, second-use and third-use oak followed by two years in bottle, while a separate aging entry says 18 months in 225-litre French barrels with 25% new oak. These alternatives remain unresolved and should not be collapsed into one specification.
